We create the chaos in our lives.
Every moment of each day we have choices, choices based in fear or in love. EFO will try to dominate your life through fear and all its many disguises, so it is imperative that you befriend EGO by always thanking it for reminding you to drop back into your heart and make your daily choices from love rather than fear.
