frightening, indeed, as you come to see
that 2 + 1 is not always three –
so sit with me, my darling, and simply be.

FLOW

We all have a choice each day: to allow our lives to flow, or to create resistance to what is and struggle through the day.

To flow does not mean everything will be a walk in the park. A river flows, sometimes serenely and sometimes as rapids going through the rocks and the boulders.

Rapids or not, enjoy the ride.
