My Love, as ostracized as you are,
the heartbeat between the stars
sustains your heart and soul
and comforts you like nobody can ever know.

“Those who are drawn to my poetry can consider me their Guardian Angel.” ---Mary Magdalene

As a combat veteran disabled by PTSD, as a survivor of childhood molestations, I know what it feels like to feel all alone - the heartache, the depression, the suicidal thoughts, the loneliness...

Therapy can definitely help, but do not settle for just any therapist.  Keep hopping from one therapist to another until you find the one you can truly relate to.

Do not be afraid to talk out your thoughts, your feelings, with those around you who are compassionate and empathetic.

Know that you are not alone.  Most of the great mystics and saints, artists and other great individuals were loners, often ostracized because they were/are different.

The United States Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, in English and Spanish, is 988.  All others you can find at opencounseling.com.
