My Love, flow allows you to be
at the mercy of its rapids taking you to the Sea,
landing upon the rocks of Society
teaching you how to always set yourself free.

We each have a choice to make each and every moment of each and every day: to allow ourselves to get caught up in the chaos, the din and strife of Society, or to allow our lives to flow with no resistance on our part.

If you choose to flow it does not mean you will not have "problems." The "problems" represent the rocks a raft gets caught up in when riding the river rapids. That's when you use your oar (dropping back into your heart) to get yourself off the rocks and back into the exhilarating flow of the rapids.
