Your EGO (and acronym for, "Edging God Out"), or as it is also referred to, your monkey mind - its sole purpose is to keep you chasing your tail to no avail your entire life always living in the shadow of the monkey minds, the doubts and fears, of Society and other people.
Rather than fight EGO, whenever you notice it in any of its many disguises simply thank it for reminding you to drop back into your heart and listen. Then dare to follow your heart.
