EGO (an acronym for "Edging God Out") also known as your Monkey Mind, will have you forever chasing your tail to no avail, leaving you at the end of your life wondering where the time went and regretting all the things you did not do.
EGO is the Great Trickster, masquerading in its myriad disguises, but one you recognize EGO it then just becomes your willingness to thank it for reminding you to drop back into your heart and follow your bliss.
