When you are fighting EGO it can take quite a bit of courage to stay in the fight. If, however, you befriend EGO then it doesn't take any courage at all, because now EGO is your friend.

The way to do this is every time you find yourself caught up in your Monkey Mind (EGO) simply thank it for reminding you to drop back into your heart.

Then do so and practice viewing the world through the single Eye of your heart, where only Love is real.
