To rid yourself of the exhausting, habitual default setting of judgement - always judging - begin affirming everyday that you are now seeing the world through the single Eye of your heart rather than your physical eyes.
Sound simple, but certainly no easy task, but do not despair. Simply surrender to the process and one day "out of the blue" you will find yourself truly without the human default setting of judgement - the need to judge.
